As a nail artist, I have always been drawn to the quiet poetry of the ocean.
For this collection, I set out to capture that feeling: the way the water shimmers like crushed diamonds, the soft glow of pearls half-buried in sand, the gentle flutter of wings dancing above the tide.
These nails are not just art — they are a piece of that lagoon, worn on your fingertips.
The Inspiration: A Dream of the Deep
The idea for Poseidon’s Lagoon came to me during a quiet moment by the coast.
I watched the tide wash over the shore, leaving behind a trail of shells and pearls, and I thought: What if I could freeze this feeling, this quiet magic, onto a nail?
This collection is my answer to that question.
I chose a vivid, yet soft azure blue as the base — not a harsh, deep sea blue, but the color of sunlight on shallow lagoon waters: bright, clear, and alive.
On top of that, I built every detail by hand: the delicate lace-like swirls of white, like sea foam caught in motion; the tiny pearls, like treasures washed ashore; the translucent shells and butterflies, like creatures flitting through the water.
I wanted every nail to feel like a tiny, self-contained world.
Some are bold, with bright blue and 3D flowers that bloom like water lilies.
Some are soft, with glittering clear bases and cascading pearls, like moonlight on the waves.
No two are exactly alike, just like the lagoon itself — always changing, always beautiful.
This is not just a collection about the ocean.
It is about the feeling of calm, of wonder, of being connected to something larger than yourself.
